The 4th edition of YMCA Baia Mare & Beaver County Camp in Viseu

Each summer, YMCA Baia Mare and Beaver County YMCA (USA) are organizing a special camp, for underprivileged kids from Baia Mare area.

2010 is first year when the camp was organizing as a real camp, outside the city of Baia Mare, in Viseu.

25 kids and 8 volunteers were in 2 groups – the small ones – 5-10 year old , and the bigger ones – 11-15 year  just to have their own space and activities, to feel more inclusive in their group. It was also good for the group dynamic, the small ones have their own rhythm and capacity that comes with  their age. So, they eat and did the trip together, but the activities were separately, in groups.
