Granturile SEE: Parteneriat pentru ONGuri: Romania- Norvegia – YMCA Romania in vizita de lucru la YMCA-YWCA Global Norvegia

In perioada 08-12 aprilie 2014, 2 reprezentanti ai Federatiei YMCA Romania, Alina Pop, director executiv si Marius Pop, manager de proiect, s-au aflat in vizita de lucru la partenerii din Norvegia – YMCA-YWCA Global-pentru a pune bazele unei colaborari si de a crea impreuna un proiect care sa se focuseze pe democratie participativa, implementarea unor masuri si actiuni de lupta impotriva saraciei si excluziunii, etc.

Prin acest proiect “ Nothing like anything “ finantat de catre  Fondul pentru Relatii Bilaterale: Masura a:Dezvoltarea parteneriatului –Apel 2/2013 cei doi parteneri – Federatia YMCA Romania si YMCA-YWCA Global isi  propun sa dezvolte un parteneriat durabil si sa pregateasca un viitor proiect care sa fie aplicat la Fondul ONG – granturile SEE.

Cele doua obiective majore ale acestui proiect bilateral de mobilitate vor putea fi atinse prin o mai buna cunoastere a celor doi parteneri implicati, increderea dezvoltata intre cele doua parti, schimbul de cunostinte si bune practici, intelegere reciproca,impatrasind ariile de interes, rezultatele programelor si idei de proiect astfel incat ambele organizatii sa beneficieze de pe urma acestui parteneriat.

Pe langa cele doua obiective majore ale proiectului, acesta va avea ca rezultate imediate:

– imbunatatirea calitatii si diversificarea resurselor activitatilor/programelor educationale

-schimbul de bune practici intre parteneri – extins la toate structurile de lucru din cele doua organizatii

– sprijin pentru coordonatorii de program din ambele organizatii prin largirea propriei retele de parteneri, colaboratori, in acest fel ei putand lua direct legatura unii cu altii, de a schimba idei, practici, metode de lucru, toate acestea conducand si la constientizarea problemelor europene/globale ale societatii de astazi, dar si implementarea de posibile solutii rezultate din intelegerea reciproca si schimbul de rezultate.

– cresterea schimbului cultural – a constientizarii identitatii cultural

Mobilitatea la partenerul din Oslo, Norvegia , pe langa intalnirile efective de lucru pentru a pune bazele viitorului proiect, cuprinde si vizita la una din organizatiile locale YMCA unde exista un centru de tineret care deruleaza un program  pentru imputernicirea tinerilor si o campanile de constientizare Stop poverty  precum si o vizita la o tabara unde se desfasoara programme si activitati pentru copiii si tineriii proveniti din medii defavorizate.

EEA Grants: Partnership between Romania and Norway

 YMCA Romania in a preparatory visit at YMCA-YWCA Global Norvegia

Between 8-12 april 2014, 2 representatives from Federatia YMCA Romania , Alina Pop – executive director and Marius Pop – project manager – were in a preparatory visit at their Norwegian partner – YMCA-YWCA Global – in order to develop new areas of partnership – creating a project that will focus on participatory democracy and actions/measures to fight against social inequalities, poverty and exclusion (including in rural areas).

Through this project “ Nothing like anything” funded by Funds for Bilateral Relations: Measure  a. Partnership building  , the two partners want to  develop consistent partnership/cooperation  between YMCA Romania Federation and YMCA-YWCA Global and to prepare common project in the frame of NGO Fund-EEA grant.

This two objectives will be reached by activities that foster knowing each other better, building trust, sharing of knowledge, creating mutual understanding, area of interest, best practices, outcomes of the programs and previous experiences, ideas of projects that can be done in partnership between the two organizations, sharing results.

This mobility project, beside the two main objectives will have as  immediate results :

– To improve the quality and widen the resources of educational activities/programs of the partners.

– To exchange best practices of the partners (extended to different level representatives of both organizations working on different levels in the organizations)

– To support the program coordinators by enlarging their network with the ones from the partner organization, this leading to direct exchange of ideas, coaching on different approaches and methods implemented, both sides gaining European/global understanding about nowadays issues/topic and possible solutions- lead to sharing results and mutual understanding.

– To increase cultural exchange- intercultural awareness

Beside the working groups meetings from Oslo, the representatives of YMCA Romania will visit also one youth centre where a youth empowerment program and awareness raising campaigns are planned by young people  – Stop poverty : presentation of the activities, share of best practices, common inputs, development possibilities

– visit to one local organization part of the Y Global who run  inclusion camps for underprivileged youngsters: presentation of the activities, share of best practices, common inputs, development possibilities
