YMCA Romania Federation is  proudly sharing the guidebook on strategic participatory planning for organizational development created based on the capacity building experiences (training, pilot activities, online seminar & lessons learned) from the project “DO it for the Youth! – Organizational Development from the grassroots!” co-financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus Plus Programme.
